Salesforce Enterprise Architect

About

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role will define enterprise architecture strategy, guide implementation teams, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy
• Design end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
• Architect scalable data models, security frameworks, and system integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices across projects
• Lead integration design with ERP, legacy systems, APIs, and middleware
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met
• Mentor development teams and conduct architecture/design reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Apex, Lightning, LWC
  • Salesforce APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Data modeling & governance
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience in AI / Data Cloud / Agentforce (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder communication & leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications (CTA / Application Architect / System Architect preferred)
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe)
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformations
