Role Summary

We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive with established connections in Tier-1 financial institutions, such as global banks and investment firms. This role is ideal for an experienced software sales leader who can navigate executive relationships and close significant, multi-year contracts in a complex sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier-1 financial service accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic long-term account plans.
  • Foster trusted relationships with C-suite executives including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and COOs.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Successfully negotiate and finalize six-figure to multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent NETSCOUT at executive briefings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and industry events.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and diligent pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of selling to large financial institutions.
  • Show expertise in closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Possess established relationships within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrate a strong technical sales acumen, capable of engaging with architects and engineers.
  • Embrace a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
