Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Project Lead to oversee and manage our delivery management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ECMAScript and Enterprise Content Management (ECM), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of delivery management projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Utilize ECMAScript to develop and implement solutions that enhance content management processes.
• Oversee the integration of Enterprise Content Management systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in ECMAScript, with a deep understanding of its application in web development and content management.
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Content Management systems and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or ECM are a plus.
