Position Overview:

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will focus on enhancing relationships with our Enterprise Services and Distribution clients within a designated geographic area. This role requires a skilled individual who excels at building and nurturing customer relationships while promoting our full suite of solutions. A successful candidate will leverage consultative selling techniques to deeply understand customer needs and recommend the best UKG software solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and broaden customer relationships through consistent face-to-face interactions aimed at driving sales growth.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to engage with your customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of your customer's industry to provide tailored support.
  • Advise and support customers on best practices and strategies for utilizing and expanding our services.
  • Create and maintain a strategic sales map and execute targeted sales campaigns within assigned accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and update Annual Account Plans and Relationship Maps for each account.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key executives (CHRO, CIO, CFO, COO, etc.) within the accounts.
  • Engage with your sales management team and executive sponsors to strengthen customer relations.
  • Conduct annual in-person business reviews to discuss adoption, support, and future roadmap with the customers.
  • Present new product offerings during business reviews to stimulate sales opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and work with teams to implement Save Plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate account contact information and sentiment in SFDC, including a strategic four-quarter pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full cycle sales management.
  • Proven success in managing both transactional and strategic deals with sales cycles of 9-12 months.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding a $1 million+ sales quota annually while maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably within HCM, WFM, Payroll, or ERP sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability in building and nurturing customer relationships in an Enterprise environment.
  • Experience establishing robust executive relationships within accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities with an emphasis on understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and utilize executive relationships.
  • Familiarity with Sandler, Challenger, Powerbase Selling methodology or similar sales methodologies.
  • Outstanding negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $170,000 annually, with opportunities for significant additional earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan that includes commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of overall compensation. The base pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
