We are excited to invite applications for the position of Enterprise Data Solutions Architect. In this transformative role, you will play a critical part in helping large organizations modernize their data ecosystems and create AI-ready solutions within the Salesforce platform. This position uniquely blends enterprise architecture, data quality strategy, and client-facing leadership to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly in Financial Services and other regulated sectors.

As an essential member of our team, you will collaborate closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, and product leaders to design robust data solutions that enhance governance, reliability, and informed business decision-making in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate architecture discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions with enterprise clients.
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud and Single Customer View architectures.
• Support AI readiness and enterprise automation through the establishment of strong data governance and quality frameworks.
• Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Informatica, dbt, and MuleSoft.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements and throughout the enterprise solution delivery process.
• Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes for our customers.
• Contribute to defining best practices for metadata-driven architecture, enterprise data modeling, and continuous data quality monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Solutions Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Experience with enterprise data integration and contemporary cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and AI readiness strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of supporting enterprise clients.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Application or System Architect Certifications
• CDMP or other Data Governance certifications

Location & Travel

• San Francisco Bay Area, CA
• Hybrid role with in-office collaboration expected 1-2 days per week
• Approximately 20% travel required for client engagements and strategic meetings
