Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We implement and integrate Creatio CRM and Boomi-based solutions for financial institutions managing billions in assets.
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across our client portfolio. You will be the primary point of accountability for project outcomes - budget, scope, timeline, stakeholder relationships, and team performance.
What You'll Do
- Own full project delivery - budget, schedule, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live
- Lead client-facing governance: status reporting, escalation management, executive stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations when projects go off track
- Build and maintain project plans covering objectives, technologies, timelines, resources, and risk strategies
- Run risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues become escalations
- Manage the transition from signed contract to delivery team - fast, clean, and according to established process
- Oversee bi-weekly invoicing reports to ensure accurate client billing
- Coach and mentor delivery team members on PM best practices and current processes
- Negotiate with stakeholders and vendors to secure the resources needed for successful delivery
- Establish governance and reporting structures across the project portfolio
- Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIRA
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT or technology consulting
- Bilingual French and English
- Based in Montreal (hybrid work model)
- Proven track record managing CRM implementation projects end to end
- Direct experience with financial services clients - banks, credit unions, or insurance
- Strong client-facing presence - you have led executive stakeholder conversations, managed escalations, and delivered difficult news professionally
- Hands-on with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
- Comfortable holding a room, managing conflict, and having the hard conversations when projects go sideways
Strong advantages
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Experience with Creatio or comparable CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega)
- Experience at a consulting or professional services firm (Deloitte, Accenture, CGI, Alithya, Levio, or similar)
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams across multiple time zones
