Enterprise IAM Engineer - Remote Role

Lead the future of identity management as an Enterprise IAM Engineer. Operate and enhance IAM processes while contributing to backend automation coding and system troubleshooting in a remote environment. This unique position combines operational execution with technical delivery. You'll manage enterprise IAM workflows, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen security measures. Responsibilities include scripting, debugging, and helping document critical processes associated with IAM. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily program operations, including triage and access management • Refine IAM access processes like joiner/mover/leaver • Partner with cross-functional teams for effective change management • Resolve IAM issues, including provisioning and automated tasks • Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures Requirements: • 2+ years in software engineering or equivalent experience • Proficient in Python or a similar language for backend tasks • Experience with CI/CD methodologies and GitHub workflows • Comfort with cloud platforms, ideally AWS • Excellent documentation and communication abilities Leverage your coding skills to enhance IAM frameworks and operational metrics smoothly.
