About the role
Enterprise Implementation Manager
About
At Peerlogic, we're building AI-driven patient engagement tools for healthcare. Our platform helps dental and medical practices to create better patient experiences, and we're looking for an Implementation Manager to own the enterprise onboarding experience for our largest clients.
This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ and is focused on large multi-location groups providers. You'll lead implementations end-to-end, and when needed, step into pre‑sales conversations to help validate use cases for prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship from signed contract through full deployment. You're the primary point of contact throughout.
- Manage Ai configuration, integrations, and training across complex, multi-location accounts
- Run detailed account audits to confirm accuracy before and after go-live
- Support the sales team on enterprise deals when prospects need technical validation or a proof-of-concept walkthrough
- Juggle multiple implementations simultaneously without letting anything slip
- Surface client feedback to product and engineering to help shape what gets built next
- Work with operations, R&D, and Sales to iteratively refine the enterprise implementation process
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role: implementation, onboarding, or technical account management
- Experience working with complex accounts or multi‑stakeholder projects
- Strong communication skills; you can run a room with a VP just as comfortably as with an office manager
- Sharp attention to detail and solid project management instincts
- Bachelor's degree
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, dental, or SaaS
Why Peerlogic
We're a focused team solving a real problem in healthcare. You'll have direct access to leadership, a clear path to grow, and the satisfaction of seeing your work go live at practices across the country.
Compensation
The base salary for this role is $90,600 CAD.
