Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, capable of independently driving projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery even in situations with limited requirements or stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from initiation through execution and closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Operations, and End User Computing teams
• Develop and maintain project documentation including:
  • Project Plans
  • RACIs
  • Risk & Issue Logs
  • Action Item Trackers
  • Decision Logs
  • Status Reports
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed through structured communication cadence, reporting, and escalation management
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Escalate project blockers, risks, and critical issues proactively while driving resolution across teams
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and project ownership
• Support projects related to:
  • Infrastructure
  • Datacenter operations
  • Networking
  • Cybersecurity
  • Mobile device deployments
  • Microsoft Teams / M365 environments
  • Windows 11 environments
• Collaborate with technical teams to align project execution with operational and business objectives
• Ensure timely execution and delivery in dynamic enterprise environments

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience managing technical infrastructure and enterprise technology projects
• Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and project activities
• Strong understanding of project governance and reporting practices
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure or cybersecurity environments
• US-based candidate able to support Eastern Time Zone working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and endpoint technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and operating system environments including Teams, M365, and Windows 11
• Experience working within structured PMO or enterprise governance environments
• PMP or related project management certifications are a plus
