Enterprise Product Manager

About the Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of the entire enterprise product experience. You'll design and build AI-native workflows for enterprises, work directly with enterprise clients, partner with engineering and design, and operate entirely in an AI-native manner — from research to execution. Your role is to ensure our enterprise products deliver exceptional value, align with our platform strategy, and help clients get complex work done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise product roadmap, covering procurement, billing, legal, and compliance workflows
• Own end-to-end enterprise workflows, removing friction at every step from intake and approvals through payment and reconciliation
• Partner closely with engineering, design, customer success, and GTM to align on priorities and drive delivery
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for enterprise clients and stakeholders across sales and customer success
• Develop deep expertise in enterprise client segments and translate feedback, GTM signals, and market trends into actionable product requirements
• Write detailed specs and briefs, prototype with AI tools, and coordinate launches with clear adoption plans

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms, procurement, or spend management
• Track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them, with a focus on simplifying complex, multi-team workflows
• Experience applying AI practically in products to remove steps, reduce manual effort, and help users move faster
• Fluent in modern product development workflows, using AI tools to move faster from idea to spec, sharpen requirements, reduce back-and-forth with engineering, and prototype concepts before a single line of production code is written
• Experience building role and policy based enterprise systems, with an understanding of how permissions, approvals, and controls work at scale
• Knowledge of ERP, expense management, or procurement management platforms is a strong plus
• Comfortable bringing cross-functional teams together around shared outcomes
• Excellent communication skills; you can hold a room with engineers, clients, and executives alike

Nice to Have

• Experience with travel, expense management, or spend management products
• Familiarity with agentic AI products or conversational UX
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
