Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY. The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing ERP systems ( DYNAMICS ) to enhance business processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business workflows, implementing and configuring ERP software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support to end-users. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs and improves operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP software management
• Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and understanding of core business processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify areas for efficiency
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities within ERP environments
• Experience in providing ERP-related training and support to teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to evolving technologies
• Prior experience in the retail or construction industries is a plus
