- Over 8 years of experience as a solution architect, encompassing the entire software development lifecycle
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with experience in designing, implementing, and securely integrating APIs
- Proven experience in leading teams for the technical design and implementation of platforms supporting large enterprise applications, ensuring 24/7 availability
- Expertise in relational databases like Postgres and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB, including data modeling and storage best practices
- Skilled in analyzing and enhancing software performance through profiling, benchmarking, and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with distributed system principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, and data consistency
- Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs
- Understanding of common software security vulnerabilities and strategies for mitigation, such as secure coding practices and encryption
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client standards
- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- Lead the development of future state architecture to advance the use of technology in law enforcement
- Guide the integration of cloud migration and modernization of legacy systems
