Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to drive enterprise-level initiatives by aligning business objectives with innovative technical solutions. In this role, you will analyze and document complex business needs, transforming them into effective technical outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams, managing expectations and influencing solution design to ensure success in large-scale projects. Your insights will be invaluable during design reviews as you create use cases to clarify complex requirements for the IT team. You will oversee project artifacts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, work closely with the Software Quality Team to translate requirements into detailed test cases, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Additionally, you will efficiently triage defects and bugs to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the thorough analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements for high-impact initiatives.
- Act as a vital liaison among Business, Architecture, Development, and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify and document business requirements, advising on priorities, options, risks, and costs.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams, ensuring that business needs are seamlessly integrated into technical designs.
- Work closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders to facilitate thorough testing and the resolution of defects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
- At least three (3) years of hands‑on experience in business analysis, particularly in enterprise settings.
- Experience in Agile SDLC is required; knowledge of Waterfall methodology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is necessary.
- Experience with process flow charting tools like LucidChart is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
- Prior experience with the Salesforce platform is advantageous.
Physical and Mental Demands
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet project goals.
- Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods while working at a computer.
- Regular use of office equipment, including computers and monitors, is expected.
- Dexterity is required to operate keyboards, mice, and other computing devices.
