About Our Team
The Enterprise Systems team is the backbone of our core infrastructure. We’re the ones making sure our productivity tools and collaboration platforms actually work so everyone else can do their best work. We are a forward-thinking group that prioritizes automation over repetitive manual tasks and operates with a "Security First" mindset. You will be joining a team that is fully accountable for delivering critical services that keep our global workforce connected and secure, working alongside a group of experts focused on identity, unified endpoint management, and modern SaaS operations.
Your Role
As an Enterprise Systems Engineer, you will be the primary architect and administrator for our enterprise productivity and identity stack. You will lead high-impact initiatives such as modernizing our Windows Server estate, architecting seamless identity flows in Okta, and governing complex data environments in SharePoint and Google Workspace. This isn't just about server maintenance; it's about building a friction-less, secure experience for our users through automation and high-level engineering. You’ll have the autonomy to influence our technical roadmap while mentoring others to help the whole team grow.
Here You’ll Get To
- Lead Infrastructure Modernization: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows Server OS, driving routine upgrades and strategic migrations to eliminate technical debt.
- Govern Identity & Access: Architect Okta SSO/MFA integrations and define global strategies for privileged access management (PAM) to ensure a secure, zero-trust environment.
- Automate Everything: Leverage PowerShell and low-code/no-code workflows (like Okta Workflows or Power Automate) to streamline complex IT operations.
- Own Content Collaboration: Act as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online, managing site collections, permissions, and data lifecycle policies across M365 and Google Workspace.
- Ensure Communication Security: Oversee email configurations, email filtering, and eDiscovery requests to protect our organizational communication.
- Drive Service Reliability: Maintain high availability for critical core services including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory site topologies.
- Master Endpoint Management: Administer and optimize SCCM and Intune for global device compliance and automated software deployment.
About You
- You have advanced experience in Active Directory administration, including GPO design, OU structural maintenance, and health monitoring.
- You are an expert in PowerShell scripting for bulk automation, health reporting, and system integrations.
- You enjoy solving complex architectural challenges and taking a leading role in resolving complicated technical "failure situations."
- You will implement and audit Least Privileged Access models to ensure our security posture remains robust.
- You are passionate about continuous improvement, from executing rigorous server decommissioning processes to mentoring junior engineers on the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft or Google Certifications: Specifically M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Google Professional Workspace Administrator.
- Okta Certification: Okta Certified Administrator or Professional credential.
- Hybrid Cloud Experience: Knowledge of Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate standards
