Apollo Technical, a leading staffing provider for Engineering, design, supply chain, and IT professionals, is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager / Recruiter in Smyrna, GA. This full-time role comes with a base pay + uncapped commission and offers the exciting opportunity to manage both recruiting and sales/account management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client company hiring managers/decision makers through phone networking and research.
  • Negotiate effectively between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.
  • Utilize proven recruiting methods to attract top-performing, highly technical professionals within the Engineering and IT fields.
  • Strategically source potential candidates using the internet, job boards, referrals, networking, internal databases, and other resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience or sales experience (a bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Motivated by money and driven to work hard to achieve targets.
