About the role
Overview
As an Entry-Level Cisco Data Analyst, you will analyze and deliver data insights globally to determine eligibility for our client's partner programs. You'll be integral to our team's mission and core values.
Responsibilities
- Analyze partner metrics data
- Conduct biannual eligibility assessments for partners within the program
- Respond to inquiries through internal email
- Manage helpdesk cases efficiently
- Gather data from various sources to automate and develop insightful reports and dashboards
- Identify and address data and process gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with Business, IT, and Operations stakeholders to develop effective testing and training strategies
- Integrate internal data to create a complete picture of Customer Success
Problem Solving
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify challenges and develop effective solutions
- Facilitate communication and evaluate options to meet organizational goals
- Provide prompt assistance and information
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting data on customer needs
- Utilize active listening and tactful communication in all interactions
- Resolve issues adhering to client parameters and guidelines
Accountability
- Work collaboratively towards team objectives, respecting the ideas and contributions of others
- Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up
- Support training of new employees with shadowing and process explanations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Experience in Sales, Service, or Customer Success operations with empathy for stakeholders
- Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel (3-5 years experience)
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Databases
- Experience with Get & Transform (Power Query) and Visual Studio
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build consensus effectively
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
Technical Knowledge
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Excel and Microsoft Office

- Articulate and mindful of non-verbal communication
- Reliable and timely in completing assignments and updating team members
- Quick learner thriving in high-energy environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Relationships
- Reports to: Delivery Manager
- Works with: Client customers and Cayuse
Working Conditions
- Normal physical office conditions
- General office environment with long periods of computer use
- Flexible scheduling may be required, including holidays
- Possible travel for business or professional development
- Work hours may extend outside of regular business hours
Pay Range
USD $30.00 - USD $32.77 /Hr.
