Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients by providing clear guidance and support throughout their initial setup and integration process.
- Manage client accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Support the customer success team in tracking client engagement, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels through analysis skills and SaaS platform insights.
- Communicate proactively with clients via email, phone, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote product features aligned with their needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to relay client feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or renewal, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in project management activities to help coordinate client initiatives, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, support tickets, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen to client needs.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer data effectively.
- Interest in sales, customer service, marketing, or financial services sectors is desirable.
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
