Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data, including recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance metrics.
- Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
- Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- No prior HR experience required.
- Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
- Remote work environment with the possibility of future hybrid roles depending on location and company needs.

- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- Interest in HR technology and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
