Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report HR data, including recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance metrics.
• Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
• Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
• Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Experience

• No prior HR experience required.
• Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
• Remote work environment with the possibility of future hybrid roles depending on location and company needs.
