Creative Solutions for Hope is dedicated to providing children and families with opportunities to reach their full potential through ABA therapy. The Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting, focusing on filling open positions efficiently and effectively while developing and executing recruitment plans.

Responsibilities

• Meet goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Review incoming candidates’ resumes
• Network and engage with candidates
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Complete reference checks for candidates and provides the response to the clinical team for review
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Send recap of interviews and candidates to supervisor and relative clinical directors
• Oversee job offers (i.e., sending out Conditional Offers of Employment to candidates)
• Ensure candidates are well-informed about their positions and job description
• Maintain communication with candidates
• Assist new hires throughout the new hires
• Propose new ideas to improve recruitment process and ensure there is a steady stream of incoming applicants
• Research recruitment related initiatives
• Assist with new hire orientation presenting company policies, HIPPA, Sexual Harassment, etc.…

Skills

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must be computer literate
• Must be well organized
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have the ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
• Must be an excellent team player
• Must have the ability to problem solve/be a self-starter
• Have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in an ABA therapy environment
• Have at least 1 year of experience working with Indeed
• ABA: 1 year
• Interviewing: 1 year
