What You'll Do

• Incident Response & Remediation: Collaborate in the daily management and investigation of security incidents, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders while assisting our Incident Response Team.
• Proactive Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze security events, alerts, and potential vulnerabilities throughout our IT infrastructure.
• Security Assessments & Compliance: Support the execution of regular security assessments and aid in maintaining compliance with regulations such as PII, HCP, GCC, ISAP, PCI, ISO, SOX, and PCI DSS.
• Vulnerability Management: Assist in identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in servers and applications through regular scans and patch management.
• Policy & Documentation: Help maintain IT security policies and accurate documentation while overseeing network equipment inventory control.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our information security measures by applying key findings from incident investigations.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or similar fields, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in data security.
• Experience: 1-2 years of IT experience with a focus on Network Security.
• Certifications: Cybersecurity+ certification is a must.
• Knowledge: Understanding of national and international regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOX, PCI DSS).
• Skills:
• Excellent Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly in various settings.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities to gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as necessary to meet client requirements.
