Junior Financial Analyst

About

Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support business decision‑making. Work closely with senior finance team members to analyze financial performance and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and financial trends
• Assist with variance analysis and financial modeling
• Maintain financial data accuracy and documentation
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analyst roles
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
• Basic understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Any finance or IT‑related certification is a plus
