Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors focused on talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign objectives.
• Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns meet predetermined targets.
• Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and ad placements as necessary.
• Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering valuable insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships while supporting invoicing, trafficking, and quality assurance for campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates should have:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships.
• Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred.
• Experience working with recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred.
• Ability to take ownership and follow through without constant direction.
• Proactive problem identification and solution proposal skills.
• A willingness to receive feedback and apply it swiftly.
• A balance of speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Remote Work Requirements

This position is fully remote, and employees will require a home office setup with the following specifications:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Minimum download speeds of 25 Mpbs (50 Mpbs for shared internet) and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mpbs

Compensation & Benefits

Maximus offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000.00 to $71,000.00, based on various factors including job location, education, experience, and market analysis. In addition to salary, we provide a range of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement savings options, paid holidays, and paid time off.
