Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, tracking, and execution of packaging production projects. Working closely with internal departments and client representatives, the Coordinator will ensure that all project milestones and requirements are completed accurately and on time. This is a detail-focused, process-driven position best suited for candidates who are dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and successful completion of activities to meet project milestones.
• Establish priorities to facilitate the rapid implementation of graphics and secure attainable timelines
• Ensure brand visual identity and adherence to design standards
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates high level of business and personal integrity with a strong desire to achieve results
• Possesses fundamental technical skills required for successful job performance
• Ability to work independently, and effectively in team environments
• Adapts to changing organizational needs
