Aventas is a Omni-channel marketing agency that has worked along side brands like Telus, RBC & BMO. What we do is we help brand unleash their unique point of view by conducting all our sales and marketing face-to-face.

We are on the HUNT for an amazing candidate to join our team in Administration & Human Resources! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. We are not looking for someone with a ton of experience because full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, has OUTSTANDING communication skills and an outgoing personality. From onboarding new hires, using our CRM, scheduling interviews, to communicating between departments – you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Description

  • $20/Hour during 90 day probationary period
  • $45k Salary
  • +5-10k Annual Bonuses
  • Quarterly incentives
  • Travel for work 🏝️ (London UK in April, Punta Cana in Oct this year!)

Responsibilities

  • Office administration
  • Managing Job boards
  • Booking Interviews
  • Coordinating between different departments
  • Conducting Interview
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Completing background checks
  • Utilizing our CRM system
  • Booking Flights + Hotels
  • Organizing Events
  • Assist in Payroll (later on)
  • Doing orientations and assisting in HR operations
  • Joining calls to learn and develop themselves in the roll

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
  • Impressive and professional image and demeanor
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Participate in extra‑curricular team events (company paid for)
  • Self‑starter who is career driven

Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Sales/Customer service experience
  • Other complimentary skills such as but not exclusive to: Excel/Data analyst skills, Event planning, Accounting, Website development.
