What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct pre-screening calls and schedule interviews
• Support and streamline the onboarding process for new hires

Administrative Support

• Maintain internal databases and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and general office operations
• Provide a professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Social Media Support

• Help create and schedule content for company's social media
• Promote job postings and office events
• Contribute to building our online presence

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience in recruiting, administration, or reception is an asset
• Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Self-starter attitude and comfort working in a high-energy environment

• Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
• Impressive and professional image and demeanor
• Must be extremely organized
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
• Participate in extra-curricular team events (company paid for)
• Self-starter who is career driven
