Role Description

This part-time Entry-Level Recruiter role is an on-site position based in Freehold, NJ. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent. The recruiter will also manage applicant tracking systems, post job openings on various platforms, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Building relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional service are key responsibilities of this role.
