Position Overview
As an Entry Level Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you will own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. You will help drive results by recruiting top sales talent nationwide. This role, based in Richmond, Virginia, is part of a dynamic team dedicated to growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities • Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region. • Act as a head-hunter by sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events. • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from the initial conversation through onboarding. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership.
Required Qualifications • Recruiting experience is preferred, but no experience required – we provide paid training and an elite mentoring program. • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment. • Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. • A genuine desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth.
