You Will
You will own the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Sourcing qualified professionals using various recruitment tools
- Evaluating potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure a good fit
- Communicating job opportunities and preparing consultants to start their new roles
- Conducting essential relationship-building activities, including: coaching your consultants for interviews, following up on their first day of work, and staying in touch throughout their assignment to ensure their satisfaction and engagement
- Maintaining a network of consultants matching in-demand industry-specific skills
- Building trusted relationships with your network of professionals to be recognized as a partner who helps them advance their careers

Our Criteria
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service, leadership, or sales experience (an asset)
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a performance-driven environment
Our Benefits
- Unlimited commission potential
- 13-week paid training period: starting salary of $42,500
- Initial base salary of $47,500 after the training period, increasing to $57,500 after one year of employment
- Our top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $70,000 in their first year, $132,000 in their second year, and $198,000 in their fifth year
