Entry Level Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and capable Entry Level Sales Account Manager to join our team. As the Entry Level Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and programming in-store. The Entry Level Sales Account Manager creates a fun, safe, and structured environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information regarding promotions and services
• Respond to inquiries regarding the programs and offerings
• Manage staff and lead regular staff meetings
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Create or approve schedules
• Help with troubleshooting and provide customer service

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Account Manager or assistant manager preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field preferred
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
• Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times
• Positive and encouraging attitude
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
