Responsibilities

Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN) / Communications Security (COMSEC) Equipment Access Management:

  • Oversee the HSDN user access lifecycle, including application submissions, activations, customer support, and managing user agreements.
  • Assist with COMSEC equipment access, security, inventory management, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Create and update process documentation and training materials, and organize HSDN/COMSEC briefings.

IT and Logistics:

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while managing ITPOC and Logistics service requests effectively.
  • Keep IT asset inventories and internal documentation updated, and ensure accurate reconciliation in TSA's property management system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service support for HQ and TSIF, including space planning, office moves, maintenance of printers/copiers, and supply management.

Emergency Preparedness:

  • Support Personnel Accountability Drills (PADs) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) activities by managing rosters, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist in emergency preparedness training, exercises, messaging, and communications for leadership and staff.
  • Create records of emergency preparedness deliverables and assist in data collection in coordination with the Security Program Officer.

Classified Meeting Coordination / HQ / TSIF Classified Safe Custodian:

  • Coordinate classified meetings by verifying attendee clearances, supporting secure video teleconferencing setup, and maintaining classified documentation and records.
  • Support operations of the classified safe, including managing access lists, performing combination changes, conducting inventories, and completing quarterly audits.
  • Create reports for deliverables, respond to data requests, and provide assistance with inventories and compliance documentation.

Closed Storage / Temporary Secret Processing Area (TSPA):

  • Monitor TSPA operations and complete necessary security documentation, including SF-701 Activity Security Checklists.
  • Conduct security checks to ensure classified laptops and COMSEC/STE equipment are secure.
  • Maintain and update internal security program information on designated sites as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must possess an active secret clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience with communications security.
  • Familiarity with government security procedures, classified material handling, and access management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and skilled in managing and updating SharePoint/iShare sites.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate logs, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination with Federal employees, contractors, and security personnel.
  • Availability to travel to the TSA TSIF HQ in Arlington, VA five days a week is required.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to individual skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, and organizational needs. This salary estimate represents the typical range for this role and is just one part of the total compensation package. RELI Group offers a range of additional employee benefits.
