Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting. Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and payroll tax filings.
• Support preparation of individual and business tax returns.
• Communicate with clients to gather and verify financial information.
• Maintain organized and accurate client files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting principles such as double entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, QBO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
