Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual Entry Level Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational recruiting skills, gain exposure to HR sourcing strategies, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. Duties
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, and research to identify potential talent pools.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Support the management of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Avionte.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Assist in onboarding processes including employee orientation and contract management.
- Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective talent management and internal recruiting initiatives.
- Support the recruitment team with lead generation activities, cold calling potential candidates, and maintaining relationships through relationship management techniques.
- Contribute to training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting skills within the team.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Basic understanding of recruiting techniques including interviewing, negotiation, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Avionte
- Knowledge of employment & labor law principles relevant to recruitment practices.
- Ability to research talent markets using tools like Salesforce or HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in social media management for recruiting purposes is a plus. Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
