About Us

The Subsea Europe Services GmbH is an innovative high-tech company with around 25 employees at the Rostock and Halstenbek locations. Under the brands Subsea Europe Services (www.subsea-europe.com) and FLANQ (www.flanq-defence.com), we develop, integrate, and distribute autonomous maritime systems that meet the highest demands in science, industry, and defense.

Our solutions are used where precision, reliability, and technological excellence are crucial – for example, in ocean exploration, the protection of critical maritime infrastructure, or in highly complex defense scenarios. While Subsea Europe Services focuses on industrial and scientific applications, FLANQ pursues the clear goal of contributing to the security of European democracies through technological superiority.

Together with international partners, but deeply rooted in Europe, we stand for intelligent system integration, true autonomy, and a strong foundation of values. If you want to take responsibility and actively shape the maritime future, you are in the right place with us. As part of our strategic realignment and further growth, we are looking for a technically savvy and solution-oriented personality: Embedded Systems Developer (m/f/d).

  • Optimization of performance, energy consumption, and system stability
  • Support with hardware bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting
