Spero Solutions is hiring an EPC Recruiter to support growing demand across engineering, procurement, construction, infrastructure, and federal projects.
This is a pure delivery role — no full-desk pressure — where your job is to:
- Fill active engineering task orders from day one
- Build pipelines of hard-to-find talent
- Partner with BDMs who are actively bringing in new business
You’ll recruit on roles like:
- Civil Engineers & Designers
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
- Construction Project Engineers & Project Managers
- EPC / MEP professionals across infrastructure projects
What Your Day Looks Like
- 70% sourcing (heavy outbound: calls, LinkedIn, Boolean)
- 20% candidate qualification & interview prep
- 10% intake calls + task order strategy with BDMs
You are the engine behind placements, not waiting on jobs.

Compensation (Transparent + Realistic)
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Commission eligibility after ramp (3–6 months depending on performance)
- Year 1 realistic OTE: ~$80K–$95K
- Year 2+: $100K–$140K+
- Top performers exceed this
Growth Path
Top performers can move into Business Development / Sales roles within 6–9 months.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting engineering, construction management, or EPC/MEP roles
- Strong outbound sourcing & cold calling ability
- Comfortable filling hard-to-fill, niche roles
- Competitive, metrics-driven mindset
