About
We are seeking an experienced Epic PB Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims & Remittance solutions. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic PB applications across environments
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
- Analyze workflows and recommend technical solutions
- Develop specifications, documentation, and test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational support
Requirements
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required
- 1+ years of Epic PB build/support experience
- 4+ years of healthcare IT or healthcare operations experience
- Experience with implementations, upgrades, testing, and application support
Preferred
- Experience with PB Claims & Remittance
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Healthcare-related field
