About

For the strategic further development of our brand, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially thinking personality as Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing (m/f/d) with proven expertise in the fashion and luxury industry. In this key position, you will be responsible for the holistic brand and marketing strategy across all touchpoints – online and stationary.

Your Responsibilities

CRM, Customer Loyalty & Digitalization

  • Strategic responsibility for the CRM and customer loyalty system
  • Development and implementation of a holistic CRM and loyalty strategy at a premium level
  • Conception, management, and quality assurance of all newsletter and direct marketing measures
  • Continuous performance monitoring, KPI definition, and further development of the CRM system
  • Strategic implementation and further development of a customer app as a central touchpoint
  • Use of customer data for personalization and increasing customer lifetime value

Brand Management & Stationary Marketing

  • Overall responsibility for stationary marketing (advertisements, POS materials, shopping bags, events, special formats)
  • Leadership and consistent enforcement of a high-quality, uniform corporate identity and brand presence
  • Close integration of brand, storytelling, and customer experience across all channels
  • Conception and implementation of exclusive events and brand experiences
  • Central point of contact for all marketing topics related to the online shop
  • Ensuring a consistent brand presence in the digital luxury environment

Content, Communication & Planning

  • Strategic leadership of content marketing (editorial, blog, social media, campaigns)
  • Development of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Holistic marketing planning including budget responsibility (online & stationary)
  • Management of external agencies, service providers, and creative partners
  • Regular, strategic reporting to management
  • Derivation of recommendations for action based on performance analyses
  • Close collaboration with management, purchasing, sales, and e-commerce

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a leading marketing role, ideally in the fashion or luxury industry
  • In-depth experience in brand management, CRM, omnichannel strategies, and premium customer approach
  • Strong strategic thinking with high operational implementation competence
  • Sense of style, brand understanding, and an excellent feel for aesthetics and target groups in the luxury segment
  • Analytical strength combined with creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident appearance at management level
