We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst / ERP Specialist (m/f/d) for the introduction and further development of our Epicor ERP system in a manufacturing environment.

The initial focus is on the new ERP introduction in Germany. Subsequently, the introduction in the United Kingdom is planned from 2027. After the implementation phase, you will take responsibility for the ongoing operation, support, and continuous optimization of the system.

As the interface between specialist departments, production, and IT, you will ensure that business requirements are efficiently implemented in ERP solutions.

Your Tasks

• Support the end-to-end implementation of the Epicor ERP system – from conception and configuration through testing and data migration to go-live and user support.
• Analyze, optimize, and standardize business processes in the areas of production, supply chain, logistics, finance, and sales.
• Manage, administer, and continuously develop the ERP system landscape, including change management, releases, and documentation.
• Support the integration of MES, CRM, and other business systems, and contribute to the design of modern API-based ERP architectures.
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments, IT, external partners, and international locations in Germany and the UK to successfully implement the global ERP strategy.

Your Profile

Must-have

• At least 5 years of ERP experience (ideally Epicor, alternatively SAP) in a manufacturing environment
• Very good practical experience in ERP configuration and implementation
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and supply chain
• Experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Knowledge of system integrations with third-party systems
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel during implementation phases (between Germany & UK) and for extended stays

Nice-to-have

• Experience with MES, CRM systems, or Industry 4.0 environments
• Knowledge in Agile / DevOps
• Experience with international or multi-site ERP rollouts
• Knowledge in data migration, reporting, or analytics
