Responsibilities

• With your know-how, you drive the further development of our global ERP landscape and monitor its performance.
• In Second Level Support, you are the central point of contact, prioritize tickets, and work closely with key users and partners.
• You carefully analyze incidents and change requests, qualify them, and make well-founded decisions.
• You plan and control releases, coordinate tests, and accompany the UAT phase.
• In doing so, you ensure the integrity of data and processes and document everything transparently in Confluence.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have in-depth ERP knowledge, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or Dynamics BC.
• Experience as an Application Owner, in-house consultant, or ERP specialist enables you to specifically improve processes and systems.
• You speak and write German flawlessly, have a good command of English, and hybrid working models are a matter of course for you.
