Role

In this role, you will advise municipalities and cities on the optimal use of modern municipal software, contributing to efficient administrative processes. You will analyze functional and technical requirements, design suitable solutions, and oversee their implementation from introduction to stable operation. You will be responsible for the professional support of your contacts, conduct training sessions, and ensure that the systems used are optimally utilized. You will continuously identify optimization potential and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of the solutions. Through your structured and service-oriented approach, you will make a significant contribution to the digitalization of public administration.

Responsibilities

• In customer support and software support for Abacus, you actively assist customers in their daily business.
• Partial project management and project leadership are partly your responsibility.
• You confidently conduct presentations and training sessions on-site and remotely, conveying content understandably.
• You continuously support customer projects and assist in the implementation of requirements in the Abacus software.
• You systematically implement the planning, coordination, and realization of projects and orders.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you already have experience in public administration.
• With your IT affinity, you quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes.
• First or in-depth experience with Abacus is an advantage and will make your start easier.
• Thanks to your team orientation, openness, and sociability, you communicate flawlessly in German, both orally and in writing.
