ERP Program Governance Lead

Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience in IT project and program management.
• Proficiency in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for large-scale ERP transformations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation lifecycles.
• Experience in public sector enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization programs.
• Experience with vendor management, accountability frameworks, and delivery governance.
• Experience with PMP methodologies and executive-level risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V oversight for large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration workstreams.
• Maintain vendor accountability for delivery commitments, quality standards, and timelines.
• Perform independent assessments of project plans, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance reporting for steering committees.
• Validate implementation methodologies and technical execution plans against agency standards.
• Track program risks, dependencies, and schedule variances using governance frameworks.
• Coordinate strategic alignment across technical, operational, and executive leadership teams.
