ERP Solution Architect

Role Overview

As an ERP Solution Architect specializing in Plant Maintenance, you will be joining the Digital Manufacturing & Supply organization at Opella. Your role will involve partnering with global manufacturing stakeholders and collaborating with a diverse digital team to ensure robust and efficient SAP solutions that support manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for SAP PM and collaborate with the SAP Manufacturing digital architect as needed
• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with plant teams and global stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into structured digital solutions
• Work closely with colleagues responsible for MES, Serialization, Labelling, and other digital manufacturing applications to ensure coherent end-to-end processes
• Contribute to global and site-level implementation projects, upgrades, and template rollouts
• Provide Level 2/3 expert support for SAP PM and manufacturing topics
• Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to resolve issues effectively

Qualifications Required

• 7+ years of ERP delivery experience in a business-oriented context, preferably in an FMCG global company
• Solid experience in implementing and maintaining SAP PM and Manufacturing modules
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Project management experience with continuous improvement skills
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and agile ways of working is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex problems under pressure
• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and manage delivery of desired functionality
• Understanding of SAP transport concept, ABAP code, integration technologies, and data migration tools
• Soft skills including teamwork, adaptability, company-first mindset, and autonomy
