Your Tasks

• Analysis, conception, and implementation or specification of processes in the ERP environment
• Optimization and harmonization with a focus on standardization of business processes
• Support for specialist departments in the IT implementation of corporate strategy
• Creation of requirements for the development of solutions and interfaces for user-specific problems
• Testing and documentation of new developments
• Creation of training materials, as well as support and consulting
• Conducting key user training and department-specific, division-wide process training
• Independent conduct of department-specific workshops during the introduction of new ERP versions
