At Airbus, we are looking for an ERP Transformation Architect to join our ERP Transformation team based in Toulouse, France. This role is part of a Center of Excellence for digital transformation in the Quality domain, focusing on modernizing our SAP ecosystem. Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration projects, and Agile environments.
• Mastery of extensibility patterns (SAP BTP, CPI, Side-by-Side).
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM (Quality Management) is essential, with understanding of logistics links (MM, PP, PM - eWM/MES is a plus).
• Ability to fully understand business requirements, negotiate, and align technical solutions with strategy.
• Effective communication at all levels (end-users, customers, management).
• Proven ability to build trusting and strong relationships with customers and partners in a complex product ecosystem.
• Constant awareness of compliance risks and commitment to acting with integrity, adhering to internal policies, and protecting Airbus reputation.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture for the Quality domain, ensuring seamless integration with Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Design and promote extensibility models on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to modernize user experience.
• Support project design phases by maximizing the use of standard SAP QM features and ensuring consistency across business products.
• Coordinate external solution experts and facilitate co-innovation with SAP (focusing on extensibility and Signavio).
• Maintain a technology watch on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Cloud) to accelerate innovation and grow internal skills within the community.
• This role will involve occasional business travel in Europe and India, and you must be able to travel accordingly.
