IB/ACE Senior Developer (ESB Developer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IBM IIB or ACE developer with at least 2+ years of experience to join our team. As an IBM IIB or ACE developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing integration solutions using IBM IIB or ACE. You will work closely with the business and technical teams to understand the requirements and provide solutions that meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using IBM IIB or ACE
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and develop integration solutions
• Collaborate with other developers and architects to design and implement complex integration solutions
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug integration solutions as needed
• Maintain existing integration solutions and make modifications as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IBM IIB or ACE features and functionality
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in IBM IIB or ACE development
• Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience with IBM IIB or ACE development, including creating message flows, message sets, and deploying applications to various environments
• Experience with integrating with various protocols such as HTTP, SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and ESQL
• Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Jira is a plus.
