Your Role

Within the Business Pole of the Sustainable Development & Quality Directorate, you will lead and coordinate projects related to our clients (local authorities, airports, transport companies) and the greening of public and private procurement in France and internationally. You will contribute to the deployment of responsible practices with high impact, such as eco-design and the refurbishment of our street furniture.

You will work in close collaboration with corporate teams, subsidiaries, and numerous business functions (sales, marketing, legal, operations, finance, purchasing...).

Your Main Missions

Promote ESG issues in public and private procurement:

• Support sales teams and subsidiaries in better meeting the ESG requirements of clients.
• Transform the Group's Sustainable Development strategy into a competitive advantage in tenders.

Accelerate the refurbishment of our street furniture:

• Coordinate the deployment of this practice in subsidiaries and offers.
• Drive the change dynamic (sharing best practices, support materials, team coaching).

Work on the deployment of our eco-design approach:

• Lead working groups to educate on this practice.
• Ensure training follow-up.

Contribute to the valorization and business deployment of our responsible innovations (biodiversity project, upcycled bus shelters, PVC-free canvases...)

Highlight our sustainable development approach in tender responses:

• Contribute to the writing and updating of ESG arguments for French and international tenders.
• Ensure the consistency of the message and indicators, in line with Group standards.

Foster the internal community around clients and ESG:

• Federate an international network of correspondents.
• Contribute to raising employee awareness of sustainable development issues and our ESG strategy.

You will supervise and develop the skills of an intern dedicated to client-related topics.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Bac +5 degree (business school, IEP, university...) with a specialization in sustainable development, CSR, public affairs, or project management.
• 7 years of experience in CSR project management, sustainable development consulting, responsible innovation, and/or public/private tender management, ideally in an international or multi-subsidiary context.
• Good understanding of ESG issues and ideally their concrete translation in tenders and client relations.
• Ease in transverse coordination and leading multi-country / multi-business working groups.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills (complex documents, evaluation grids, specifications).
• Expected qualities: interpersonal and pedagogical skills, a taste for change management, rigor, organization, autonomy, and a strong sense of project follow-up.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); another European language would be a plus.
