Electrical Estimating Manager – South East / London Region

About the Role

As Electrical Estimating Manager, you’ll lead our experienced estimating team and play a pivotal role in winning profitable projects. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sharp estimates for a variety of commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from project specifications and drawings
• Develop budgets and tender submissions that win work
• Analyse project risks and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and operations teams
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the bidding process
• Ensure all estimates meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance

This is a full-time, office-based position in Rochester, Kent.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator
• Strong background in electrical contracting with solid practical knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to cost control and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
