Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and customer teams to develop, optimize, and integrate software applications.
• Assist in debugging, performance tuning, and enabling new features across operating systems and user‑level applications.
• Reproduce technical issues, perform triage, and analyze system behavior to help identify root causes.
• Develop and refine customer‑facing documents, guides, and training materials in partnership with senior team members.
• Explore AI‑driven approaches to solve technical challenges and improve software development processes.
• Stay engaged in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical proficiency and align with emerging industry trends.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++
• Familiarity with scripting for automation and workflow improvements.
• Basic understanding of Ethernet networking and Linux networking stacks.
• Strong analytical skills for reproducing technical issues, debugging, and system analysis.
• Ability to contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
• Some HW level knowledge in PHY will be an advantage
