We are committed to a long journey, Crit Aéro is recruiting for a temporary mission an Ethics and compliance project manager (F/H).

Your Role

This position is at the intersection of law, technology, and commercial operations. We are looking for someone capable of bridging the gap between legal and compliance requirements and translating them into technical logic and functionalities.

What you'll do

• Mastery of the main technologies and working methods related to compliance (definition of user stories, preparation of test cases, coordination with service providers).
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in legal and compliance automation.
• Project and stakeholder management, with the ability to work autonomously and within an international team on the group's digitalization efforts in ethics and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Desire, motivation, rigor, and diligence.
• Ideally a Master's degree (Bac +5).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry, ideally in the aeronautics industry.
• Commitment, interpersonal skills, and involvement will make the difference for success in this role.

Benefits

• Salary: 55-59 KEUR depending on profile.
