EUC L1 Support Engineer
Location
Mannheim, Germany (Onsite)
Language Requirement
B2/C1 German Certification (Mandatory)
Availability

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for end users (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Handle ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, and standard enterprise applications
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations
Required Skills
- Strong experience in EUC / Desktop Support (L1)
- Good understanding of Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in German (B2/C1 certified mandatory)
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
