EUC L1 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for end users (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Handle ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
  • Support Windows OS, Office 365, and standard enterprise applications
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in EUC / Desktop Support (L1)
  • Good understanding of Windows environments
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills in German (B2/C1 certified mandatory)
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
