Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage the European roadmap for order-to-delivery systems, tools, workflows and partner integrations.
- Lead cross-functional programs across order management, vehicle allocation, registration, logistics, finance, leasing, payments, documentation, fleet and delivery readiness.
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear process flows, business requirements, user stories and system improvement initiatives.
- Work with IT, Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams to design, test, launch and improve scalable systems, APIs, automated workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate integrations with banks, leasing companies, registration providers, logistics partners, delivery centers, agency partners, dealers and other external service providers.
- Identify system gaps, manual workarounds, data issues and process bottlenecks across the order-to-delivery journey and drive improvement plans.
- Support rollout, change management, user adoption, testing, training and post-launch stabilization across European markets.
- Define system-related KPIs and success metrics, including data quality, integration reliability, automation level, delivery readiness and manual work reduction.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, steering updates and decision forums across business, technical and partner teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in program management, product operations, business systems, digital transformation, delivery operations or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, leasing, banking, logistics, retail or another complex operational environment.
- Strong understanding of order-to-delivery, order-to-cash, fulfillment, vehicle delivery or customer delivery processes.
- Experience working with CRM, OMS, ERP, billing, leasing, logistics, registration, fleet or partner integration platforms.
- Good understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, workflow automation and business process design.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements, process maps, user stories and implementation plans.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements and measure business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technical, HQ, local market and external partner teams.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
